• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

• Upload malicious content or viruses
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

Content Ownership

Your Content: You retain all rights to the original 3D files and content you upload to our platform. By uploading content, you grant us a license to process and store your files solely for the purpose of providing our service to you.

Rendered Panoramas: All panoramic tours and rendered outputs generated by our platform from your uploaded files remain our exclusive property. You are granted a license to view and use these panoramas through our platform, but you do not have ownership rights to the rendered panoramas themselves.

Our Service: All rights, title, and interest in our platform, including its design, features, and functionality, remain our exclusive property.

Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue the service with or without notice
• Perform maintenance that may temporarily affect availability
• Limit or suspend access for technical or security reasons

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from your use or inability to use the service
• Any unauthorized access to your content
